The 3rd Central Eco-Environmental Protection Supervision Group stationed in Zhejiang Province to Carry out the Central Eco-Environmental Protection Supervision Work Mobilization Meeting held in Hangzhou

On the afternoon of September 1, the central Ecological and environmental protection inspectors work mobilization meeting was held in Hangzhou.

At the mobilization meeting, the heads of the supervision teams pointed out that "the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to ecological progress and environmental protection, and has incorporated ecological progress into the five-pronged overall plan and the four-pronged comprehensive strategy for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. From the strategic perspective of building a beautiful China and realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new concepts, new ideas and new strategies, stressing that ecological priority should be given to green development and that the battle against pollution should be won."

"President Xi Jinping has stressed the importance of targeted, scientific and law-based pollution control, and the implementation of the central supervision system for ecological and environmental protection. The inspectors will focus on the overall situation of the "six stability" work and the implementation of the "six guarantee" task, adhere to the problem-oriented and result-oriented, and achieve the goal of finding problems, raising awareness, educating cadres and solving problems.”

According to the arrangement, the central ecological and environmental protection inspector will stay for about one month. During the period of stationing in, each supervisory group sets up special telephone and post office box on duty respectively, accept the letter that inspects the object ecology environmental protection aspect to call to report.
